Trust is an evaluation lens applied to every Decision Lab. It is not a separate service-specific exercise.

What to examine

• Schema validity and controlled evolution
• Completeness and freshness
• Duplicate and invalid-record handling
• Reconciliation with the source
• Lineage and explainability
• Ownership of failed or quarantined data

Evidence in the first Decision Case

The retail sales case must show which records were accepted or rejected, how duplicates and late arrivals were handled, whether the reporting deadline was met, and which data remains unsafe to use.

The implementation technology is selected only after the trust requirements and business consequences are explicit.
